The list of scanned people can be recorded in the device SCORE RECORD application menu and in the Smart Pass application.

If you do not want to record  information, you can proceed in this way:

1) Enter the configuration menu:

- on FTSY802 from the yellow qrcode request and temperature screen, tap on the top right corner.

- on FTSY804 from the face recognition screen, tap the gear icon in the top right corner.

2) At the password request, enter 123456 (unless previously changed)

3) tap on the menu item APP SETTINGS >> RECOGNITION SETTINGS

4) Set the item DATA MAINTENANCE DAYS to the value 0 (zero). If the entry is not visible because it is hidden by the keyboard, press the DOWN ARROW button in the lower navigation bar of the android.

5) tap the green OK button
