1) Enter the configuration menu:
- on FTSY802 from the yellow qrcode request and temperature screen, tap on the top right corner.
- on FTSY804 from the face recognition screen, tap the gear icon in the top right corner.

2) At the password request, enter 123456 (unless previously changed)

3)tap on APP SETTINGS >>> MASK SETTINGS
4) set MASK PARAMETERS to OFF
5) press the green OK button at the end of the page

When restarting, the mask will no longer be required to be worn or stored.
